Terms and Conditions

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of habbinson.com and the programs and services offered by Habbinson International Pvt Ltd (“Habbinson”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or enrolling in a program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Our services

Habbinson provides live, small-batch communication and entrepreneurship education for learners aged 6 and above, along with related assessments, free classes and content. Program details, schedules and curricula may be updated from time to time.

2. Eligibility & accounts

If the learner is a minor, a parent or legal guardian must make the booking or enrolment and is responsible for it. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it up to date.

3. Bookings, enrolment & payments

• Free classes and assessments are offered subject to availability of live seats.
• Paid enrolments are confirmed once payment is successfully received through our payment gateway, Razorpay.
• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes (e.g. GST) as indicated at checkout.
• Seats are limited and reserved for you on payment; please see our Cancellation and Refund Policy before paying.
• An enrolment is reserved for the enrolled learner and is non-transferable to another student or person, and one student cannot be exchanged for another (see our Shipping and Exchange Policy).

4. No refunds

All payments are non-refundable. Because our classes are live and run in small batches, your payment reserves a seat that we cannot resell. We encourage you to attend a free class first. Please read our full Cancellation and Refund Policy.

5. Code of conduct

You agree to behave respectfully in classes and communications, not to disrupt sessions, and not to harass other learners or staff. We may remove a participant who breaches this conduct, without refund.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site and within our programs — including curricula, materials, videos, text, graphics and logos — is owned by or licensed to Habbinson and is protected by law. You may not copy, record, redistribute, resell or create derivative works from our materials without our prior written consent.

7. Your content

If you submit messages, testimonials or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use it to operate and promote our services. You are responsible for content you submit and confirm you have the right to share it.

8. Marketing & use of your data

By providing your details, you agree that we may use your information to communicate with you and to send you marketing communications about our programs, offers and content, and to improve and personalise our services. You can opt out of marketing at any time (for example, via the unsubscribe link in our emails or by emailing us). Importantly, we will never sell your personal data to any third party. We share it only with the trusted service providers who help us run our business, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Third-party services

We use third-party services (e.g. Razorpay, HubSpot, Google, WhatsApp). Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

10. Disclaimers

Our programs are educational. While we are committed to quality teaching and measurable progress, we do not guarantee any specific result, score, admission, placement or income. The Site and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Habbinson shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a program shall not exceed the amount you paid for that program.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms or our programs at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including applicable data-protection law such as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
