Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Habbinson International Pvt Ltd (“Habbinson”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, shares and protects information when you visit habbinson.com (the “Site”), enquire about or enrol in our programs, or otherwise interact with us. By using the Site you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who we are

Habbinson International Pvt Ltd is a live communication & entrepreneurship education company based in Pune, India. For any privacy question, contact us at info@habbinson.com or via our Contact page.

2. Information we collect

• Information you give us — name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, age group of the learner, parent/student role, and any message you send when you inquire now, take a free assessment, enrol, or contact us.
• Payment information — when you enrol, payments are processed by our payment gateway (Razorpay). We do not store your card, UPI or bank details on our servers; these are handled directly by the gateway under their security standards.
• Information collected automatically — device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, referring page and similar usage data, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see §6).

3. How we use your information

• To respond to enquiries, schedule assessments, and provide our programs.
• To process enrolments and payments, and to send service communications (e.g. schedules, onboarding).
• To improve the Site, our content and our services, and to measure marketing performance.
• To send updates or offers where you have asked to hear from us — you can opt out anytime.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms, including:

• Razorpay — payment processing.
• HubSpot — managing enquiries and our customer relationship records.
• Google — website analytics and (where enabled) advertising (see §6 & §7).
• Communication tools such as email and WhatsApp that we use to reach you.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and property of Habbinson, our learners or others.

5. International transfers & storage

Some of our providers operate servers outside India. Where data is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled securely and in line with this policy.

6. Cookies & similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to make the Site work, remember your preferences, understand how the Site is used, and measure marketing. Cookies fall into categories such as strictly necessary, analytics/performance, and advertising. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works.

7. Analytics & advertising

We may use Google Analytics to understand Site usage. We may also work with third-party advertising partners, including Google, to show ads about our programs.

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this Site or other websites.
• Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our Site and/or other sites on the Internet.
• You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendor cookies at aboutads.info/choices and youronlinechoices.eu.

8. Children’s privacy

Many of our programs are for children. We design our enrolment and communication to involve a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child without parental involvement. If you believe a child has provided us information without consent, contact us at info@habbinson.com and we will delete it.

9. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described here, to provide our services, and to meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements. When no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your rights & choices

Consistent with applicable data-protection law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may:

• Manage cookies and advertising preferences as described above.
• Raise a grievance about how your personal data is handled.

To exercise any of these rights or raise a concern, email our grievance contact at info@habbinson.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe. As stated above, we never sell your personal data.
