Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Our policy

Habbinson International Pvt Ltd does not offer refunds on any enrolment, fee or payment, under any circumstances, once a payment has been made. This applies to all programs, plans, tiers and add-ons, whether or not the classes have been attended.

2. Why we have this policy

Our classes are live and run in very small batches. When you enrol, we immediately reserve a seat, assign a coach and plan the batch around you — a seat we cannot resell. For this reason, payments are final.

3. Cancelling your plan

Our plans are billed monthly. You may choose to stop or not renew your plan at any time by contacting us at info@habbinson.com before your next billing date, and you will not be charged for any future month. However, the amount already paid for the current or any previous month is non-refundable, and cancelling does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.

4. Try before you pay

So you can decide with complete confidence, we offer a free live class and free assessments before you ever pay. We strongly encourage every family and learner to book a free class first and experience Habbinson before enrolling.

5. Non-transferable

Enrolments and seats are reserved for the enrolled learner and are not transferable to another student, person or program, and one student cannot be exchanged for another, unless we expressly agree in writing. See our Shipping and Exchange Policy for details.

6. Payment or billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a failed transaction that was still debited — contact us within 7 days at info@habbinson.com with your payment details. Genuine transaction errors (such as a verified duplicate payment) will be reviewed and corrected. This is the only exception and is not a refund of fees for services rendered.

7. Changes by Habbinson

If Habbinson cancels a batch entirely and is unable to offer you a suitable alternative schedule, we will work with you to reschedule your enrolment into another batch.
