Shipping and Exchange Policy

1. Digital delivery

Habbinson International Pvt Ltd provides live, small-batch online classes and related digital materials. Because everything is delivered over the internet, no goods are shipped and there are no delivery or courier charges of any kind.

2. How & when you get access

• Once your enrolment payment is successfully received through our payment gateway (Razorpay), your seat is confirmed.
• A counsellor will contact you to finalise class timings and onboarding. Your class joining links, schedule and any digital materials are then shared with you by email (and, where applicable, within your learner account).
• Access details are typically shared within 1–2 working days of confirmation, once your batch and timings are set.

3. Enrolments are non-transferable

An enrolment is reserved specifically for the enrolled learner. It is:

• Not transferable to another student — a seat, plan or program purchased for one learner cannot be moved to, or used by, a different person.
• Not exchangeable between students — one enrolled student cannot be swapped out and replaced with another.

This applies to all programs, plans and add-ons. Any change of this kind is only possible if Habbinson expressly agrees to it in writing, at our sole discretion.

4. Exchanges between courses or plans

As our classes are live and seats are reserved in advance, we do not operate a general exchange scheme for swapping one course or plan for another after purchase. If your needs change, please contact us — we'll do our best to help within the constraints of live scheduling, entirely at our discretion.

5. No refunds

All payments are non-refundable. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy in full before enrolling, and attend a free live class first so you can decide with confidence.
